These Terms & Conditions include the DOMPROS.IN Privacy Policy (https://www.DOMPROS.IN/Privacy.aspx) which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using DOMPROS.IN, You have to be willing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the DOMPROS.IN Privacy Policy.

In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions under the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Service Agreement, the provisions under the Service Agreement will prevail.

DOMPROS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD, a company incorporated and registered under the applicable laws of India, operates and controls the website WWW.DOMPROS.IN. This page states the broad Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions" / “Terms”) under which you (“You” / “Your”) may use DOMPROS.IN, a hiring platform to hire various category of domestic workers such as domestic helpers, cooks, nannies, baby sitters, japas (newborn caretakers), patient caretakers, elderly caretakers, drivers, security guards etc. It shall kindly be noted that DOMPROS.IN is a platform that aggregates domestic service providers who have registered themselves as job seekers and are duly bound by a master service agreement. Therefore, All the aggregated Domestic Service Providers are the subscribers of DOMPROS as independent contractors.

1) SERVICE FEE: We offer fully customizable packages. You can customize your packages in line with the services you wish to utilize, hiring tenure modification, etc and pay for just what you need.  
2) TRIAL: We offer a cooling cum trial period with the candidate to provide you the facility of verifying the suitability of the candidate before you decide to hire them. The trial period of the candidate is completely flexible in nature, extendable until you are absolutely sure about the suitability of the candidate till a maximum time limit of one week. Please note that the wages of the candidate for the trial days are directly payable to the candidate.

3) PAYMENT: An invoice will be raised upon commencement of the trial period. The payment has to be made in favour of ‘DOMPROS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD’ only 

4) PROFILE VERIFICATION: The profiling of the candidate is carried out either based on the data available with us through valid documents or through the information provided to us by the candidate on as is basis or based on our internal evaluation criteria and yardsticks. It is further advised that you verify their information specific claims in person at the time of the trial which is the sole purpose of the trial.   

5) WAGES: The wages of the candidate are directly payable to the candidate and we have nothing to do with it.

6) WAGE NEGOTIATION: You are advised to negotiate the wages of the candidate at the time of interviewing the candidate. Also in case you wish to finalize the wages after trying the candidate, it is advised that you discuss it in detail with the candidate before the commencement of the trial

7) JOB DESCRIPTION: It is advised that you provide us the job roles and responsibilities in detail and communicate the same to the candidate at the time of interview so as to avoid any deviation at the time of hiring.

8) CANDIDATE INTRODUCTION: The introduction of personal data of the prospective workers is strictly confidential in nature. You have to undertake to notify DOMPROS.IN immediately upon agreeing to hire a candidate introduced by DOMPROS.IN. If you introduce a candidate introduced by us to a third party, who hires the candidate on either full time or part time, the client agrees to pay DOMPROS.IN the proportional service fee

9) REPLACEMENT POLICY: Replacement of a hired worker is provided for a similar profile having similar skill set, similar work routine and similar job responsibilities as of the previous Domestic Service Provider hired by you. You are further advised to please refer the replacement policy of the service agreement to understand the exact terms of replacement.
10) CASH REFUND POLICY: We offer a cash refund policy wherein you can claim a refund of the service fee paid to us in a scenario where we are unsuccessful in honoring our commitments promised vide the replacement policy. Please refer to the refund policy section of the service agreement to understand the refund calculation criteria.       

11) LEGAL & COMMERCIAL POLICY: All the legal documents such as legal agreements, payment acknowledgement receipts and any  other document carrying  legal sanctity on the behalf of DOMPROS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD are duly signed by  the authorised signatories of DOMPROS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD only and shared via our official email id support@dompros.in

12) SERVICE AGREEMENT: We request you to kindly contact our legal team to provide you a detailed draft of the service agreement to understand all legal bindings at the time of hiring of the candidate.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Faridabad, Haryana shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any dispute regarding these Terms and conditions. When you hire a candidate from WWW.DOMPROS.IN or DOMPROS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD, it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms.
